BlackScale.Media provides a full-stack platform for high-risk advertising operations. Our Services include the Facebook Automation System (FBAS) for mass campaign management and compliance monitoring, BrowserCube for anti-detect multi-account browsing, Maestro, Multi-Account Safety System (MSS), Ads Payments Solutions, and Proxy Solutions — along with supporting documentation, tools, and educational resources.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of our Services at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your lawful business purposes.

You may not: (a) sublicense, resell, or transfer your license; (b) use our Services for any unlawful purpose; (c) reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of our Services; or (d) reverse engineer or attempt to discover the source code or algorithms of our Services.

You agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information; (b) maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials; (c) comply with all applicable laws and regulations; and (d) not use our Services in a manner that infringes upon the rights of third parties.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.

You retain all rights to content you provide to us. By submitting content to our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

All content, features, and functionality of our Services (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) are the exclusive property of BlackScale.Media or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of our Services is at your own risk.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLACKSCALE.MEDIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BLACKSCALE.MEDIA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at any time, for any reason, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon your termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the most recent update will be listed at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.
