Eligibility and Registration

Performance Disclaimer

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS, PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENTS, OR SUCCESS RATES FROM USING OUR SERVICE. ADVERTISING RESULTS DEPEND ON NUMEROUS FACTORS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

Third-Party Platforms

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACTIONS TAKEN BY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS, POLICY CHANGES, OR ADVERTISING RESTRICTIONS.

Limitation of Liability

Liability Limits

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLACKSCALE.MEDIA’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Excluded Damages

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR:

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlackScale.Media and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your User Content or activities
  • Your violation of third-party rights
  • Your violation of applicable laws

Dispute Resolution
